What frog are you eating today?

There is a famous quote by Mark Twain that claims that if you eat a live frog every morning, you can go through the day with the satisfaction that nothing worse will happen during the rest of the day. Of course, we are not eating any poor frogs. We leave that to the herons (and the French, I guess). However, we use the analogy often to refer to an important task that we are putting off. The reasons are often highly varied, ranging from fear of the response that others might have, fearing of not delivering a good enough result, fear of the work that might be downstream from completing the action or the sheer boredom of doing the task, causing us to rather poke pencils in our eyes instead of simply getting it done. I maintain a list of these frogs and I commit to “eating” one per day. Simply by committing to completing one undesirable task and allowing myself to ignore all the others until tomorrow is my tactic for making sure I get them done. So, my question to you is what frog you are eating today?
